Ingredients:
500g of Green beans, trimmed and cut into 2 pieces
300g of Chicken fillet, sliced
2 carrots, sliced
1 tbsp of fish sauce
2 tbsp of light soy sauce
1 tbsp of Oyster sauce
1 tsp of sugar
5 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
3 tbsp of cooking oil
Pepper
Rice to serve
Preparation:
- Combine the oyster sauce, fish sauce, soy sauce and sugar in a small bowl
- Cook the beans in the boiling water for 2 or 3 minutes until just tender, then set aside.
- Put the oil into the saucepan and fry garlic until brown. Add chicken and half of the sauce, and stir until the chicken is well-cooked.
- Add the sliced carrots and stir for 2min over high heat, then add the green beans and the rest of the sauce ,and stir until well-combined.
- Season with pepper and Serve with rice
